He then demonstrates the creation of a board from start to finish.
From there, each guest selects their own pre-shaped board — each one unique in grain pattern and character — and finishes it themselves: sanding, branding with the Made in Napa mark, and hand-applying oil until the wood comes alive under their hands.

The Master Workshop includes everything from The Novice, but goes deeper: more hands-on participation in the actual creation process, larger boards with more complex finishing, and significantly more one-on-one time with Florian.
