Craft a Walnut Charcuterie Board Workshop

1] “The Novice” Workshop - $169/person - 12 to 30 students - approx 1.5hrs
This class is geared towards larger groups with limited time and a tighter budget. I provide insight on the basics of wood and woodworking, and demonstrate the creation of a single charcuterie board from start to finish. Each student then gets to pick a pre-made board, and now comes the best part... the hands-on experience: they get to apply oil to their board and polish it to a silky-smooth finish. An experience and souvenir to remember! Takes place at Studio Roeper in Napa, CA. All of the lumber that we are using was sustainably milled and seasoned by Studio Roeper from trees that grew within a 100-mile radius of Napa.

If you are seeking an opportunity for some serious team-building... this is it! This class is more hands-on and intimate, and the students get to participate in many parts of the creation of the boards. The charcuterie boards are larger and there is more one-on-one interaction with the instructor. This class includes a private tour of Florian’s art gallery next door and takes place at Studio Roeper in Napa, CA.
